Auralink

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Auralink is designed to get by on very little information about the people who use it. Below we describe what the app can come into contact with, the reasons for it, who helps us, and the options open to you.

What may pass through our hands

The exact set depends on which parts of Auralink you open. It can include:

  • your email address, but only when a feature needs you to have an account;
  • records from Apple confirming what you bought and what you are entitled to;
  • technical facts about the device and app — model, operating system, build number, language, crash logs and which features get used;
  • the contents of any message you send to our support address.

Payments in the App Store are Apple’s business: your full card number and bank details are never collected by us.

Your traffic through the protected connection

The app can include tools that protect your connection. Whatever travels through them stays unrecorded on our side — no log is kept of the pages you visit, the conversations you have or the files you send. When we need diagnostics, we lean towards figures that are aggregated or stripped of identity, as far as practical.

What the information is for

It lets us keep Auralink running, tell whether a subscription is active, keep things dependable, track down faults and abuse, refine the features and get back to you when you ask for help.

Outside services we rely on

Some routine work is handed to processors acting for us. Firebase, a Google LLC product, may handle analytics, remote configuration and crash reports; Google explains its practices here. Apphud may check subscriptions and purchases for validity; its own policy is here.

Your personal information is not for sale, and the app carries no third-party ad SDKs built to follow you from one app to another. Apart from the two providers named above, information leaves us only when a legal duty demands it or when that is necessary to keep the app and its users safe.

Storage periods and protection

Account, subscription and diagnostic records are held no longer than reasonably required for the reasons set out on this page, to meet legal duties or to cover genuine operational needs. Encrypted transmission, limited access and sensible organisational practices protect them — still, no system can promise zero risk.

Choices you have

If the law where you live grants these rights, you may ask us to show you, fix, erase or limit the use of your personal data. Send the request to support@infomatika.tech.

The app is not meant for children younger than 13, and we do not knowingly gather personal data from them.

When this page changes

Changes to the app or to how we work may lead us to revise this policy; the new text will appear here with a fresh date at the top. Anything about privacy you would like to ask can go to support@infomatika.tech.
